Applied Outbreak Investigation (AOI) Training, Day 2

Developed by the Colorado Integrated Food Safety CoE, the Applied Outbreak Investigation training is an introduction to basic outbreak investigation skills for epidemiologists, environmental health professionals, communicable disease investigators, public health nurses, and other public health professionals at local or regional health departments. This course is designed for state and local public health agency staff who may be involved in foodborne outbreak investigations. This training has been approved for 5.5 contact hours of continuing education with NEHA.

This training is designed to be a synchronous online, interactive, two half-day course to teach foodborne outbreak investigation skills. It includes lectures, small group work, practical outbreak scenario exercises, interactive polling, and discussion.

The webinar will be hosted by the University of Washington Northwest Center for Public Health Practice (NWCPHP).

Registration for this webinar will provide access to the upcoming live training sessions. Please note, attendees should plan to attend both days and registration is limited to the first 30 participants.
